Truman is a devoted and highly trained European Doberman Pinscher who serves as a certified service animal for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). At just a year and a half old, Truman brings a calm, grounded presence to our clinical mental health counseling practice.
Working alongside both patients and staff, Truman plays an integral role in creating a soothing, supportive environment. His intuitive nature and gentle demeanor make him especially effective in helping individuals feel safe, emotionally regulated, and more open during sessions. Whether quietly resting nearby or offering a reassuring presence, Truman’s contribution enhances the therapeutic atmosphere in meaningful ways.
