Meet Luciana

Registered MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR intern

Luciana is a trauma-informed therapist who takes an integrative, compassionate, and collaborative approach to helping clients create meaningful change. She believes emotions serve an important purpose and that many of the challenges people experience are rooted in early life experiences, relationship patterns, and environments where emotional needs were not fully understood or validated.

Luciana has training in EMDR, and ART, and her practice is informed by Schema Theory principles, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She helps clients understand the connection between past experiences and present-day patterns while building practical skills for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and lasting resilience.

Luciana has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, childhood abuse, emotional invalidation, attachment and relationship. She is currently expanding her work with attachment through Gottman Method training and enjoys helping individuals strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build more secure relationships.

Above all, she strives to create a warm, validating, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they move toward healing and lasting growth.
