Aubrie Shad is the Office Administrator at Balansera Therapy Group, where she supports the team through administrative coordination, marketing efforts, and website design. She is currently in her senior year at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a degree in Psychology, and plans to continue her education in graduate school to study Social Work.

Aubrie is passionate about creating a space where every client feels safe, seen, and supported. She brings strong organizational skills, creativity, and a client-centered mindset to her role, helping ensure that each person who connects with the practice feels safe and seen.
