Sadie Schultheis, LMHC-QS

Founder & Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Sadie is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native who moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2015. She has been providing counseling services since 2017 to the Northeast Florida community. Since transitioning to a full telehealth private practice, she is now able to provide therapeutic treatment to individuals living across the state Florida.


Sadie has worked with a variety of clients and families including residential crisis facilities, outpatient behavioral health programs, and private practice settings. Sadie counsels a diverse clientele with a passion to promote their self-growth, development, and empowerment.


Sadie's specialty is providing services to those who experienced trauma and are eager learn how to manage difficult emotions in a healthier way. Sadie also engages active parents to learn by learning skills related to stress management, positive parenting, behavior management, and effective communication.


Sadie is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and has treated patients as young as 3 years old. She is also trained in EMDR therapy. Sadie has a history of treating PTSD, complex trauma, childhood maltreatment, community violence, and traumatic grief.  Sadie is an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist.


She is also a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health and Marriage and Family Interns. 

Stephanie Danilov, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Stephanie was born in New Jersey by Cuban parents and partly raised in Puerto Rico until relocating to South Florida in 2001 where she has resided since. She has been providing formal counseling services since 2020, however, has worked in the field of mental health since 2015 via different positions. Stephanie identified a strong passion for mental health from a young age which directed her path in school and eventually in the process of obtaining licensure in the state of Florida. 


A great deal of Stephanie’s experience has been in the substance use field which allowed her the opportunity to work with individuals from different upbringings, cultures, and backgrounds. Matters related to addiction, trauma, intrapersonal/interpersonal conflicts, and boundaries are just a few of the areas that she enjoys working with clients on.


Stephanie’s approach in therapy is to support clients in gaining useful insight, identifying unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, and then patiently working toward challenging and reframing them into more positive and productive beliefs. Utilizing knowledge, tools, and techniques from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, she believes it is possible to modify one’s beliefs and behaviors to help process experiences more effectively, regulate emotions, and cope with stressors in healthy ways. Stephanie is also an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist.
